Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do we have to do counseling? Is it mandatory? How often?

Dr. Leslie is board-certified in Addiction Medicine. Her appointment is inclusive of treatment with therapy and meets the state requirement for counseling. Additional counseling is not required beyond your appointment. This is beneficial to those who have to work, go to school, have problems with transportation, or other obligations.

  • Do you take insurance?

We do not take any insurance. Insurance is used for urine drug screens as the lab is an independently owned company unaffiliated with our practice. You may use your own insurance for your medications.

We do not see Medicaid patients at this time. It is a violation of state regulations to accept payment for any Medicaid cover service.

  • What is the cost?
